Terms of Use

1. Using the site

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use features that require interaction with the service. Ordinary access may also be subject to laws that cannot be changed by contract.

2. Published material

Unless a page states otherwise, articles, Notes, photographs, video, recordings, software, design and other materials remain subject to the rights identified with that material. You may use ordinary browser functions to read, link to and share links to public pages. A separate license, if displayed with a work, controls uses granted by that license.

3. Live chat and acceptable conduct

Do not use the site to harass people, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, automate abusive requests, evade technical limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or publish unlawful material through interactive features. Live chat may be moderated, limited, removed, muted, disabled or banned when reasonably necessary to protect the conversation or service.

4. Safex starter coins

The faucet may provide free Safex Cash + Safex Token starter coins to an eligible Safex address. Unless the site expressly states different rules, an address may receive no more than three successful lifetime claims and must wait at least seven days between successful claims. Additional anti-abuse controls may apply to devices, addresses, networks, traffic patterns or suspicious activity.

The faucet may be paused, limited or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, insufficient operational balances, network conditions or other legitimate operational reasons. Attempting to bypass claim limits or cause duplicate payouts is prohibited.

5. Safex network transactions

The site is not an exchange, broker, bank, investment adviser or custodian merely because it distributes starter coins. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and no representation is made about the present or future value of any coin. Network transactions may be delayed, rejected, reorganized, irreversible or otherwise affected by systems outside this site's control.

6. External services and links

The site may link to independent services such as safex.org or other external resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of availability, accuracy or continued operation.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may be added, modified, interrupted or removed. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve published work and operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an independent internet service, including guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the site. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent a different rule is required by non-waivable law. Subject to any non-waivable right to another forum, disputes arising from these terms or the site may be brought in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia or the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, as jurisdiction permits.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the service changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision is subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
